Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Specra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
The service
Specra helps users upload reference images, extract structured design-system information, generate implementation-ready artifacts, and sync related outputs into connected tools such as the Specra dashboard and VS Code extension.
Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload to Specra, including screenshots, references, prompts, and related project materials.
You grant Specra a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process any content submitted through Specra.
Acceptable use
You may not use Specra to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malware or harmful code, interfere with the operation of the service, scrape or abuse the platform, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
AI outputs and limitations
Specra uses third-party AI services to generate extractions and implementation artifacts. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use case.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using them in production, commercial, or customer-facing workflows.
Billing
Specra includes a free tier with five successful runs per month.
Specra Pro is priced at $15 per month and includes 20 successful runs in each billing period. Additional successful extraction runs beyond the included monthly budget are billed at the posted overage rate.
Failed runs do not bill. Reruns are treated as new billable runs when they complete successfully.
Pricing and limits may change. If they do, updated pricing will be posted on the pricing page or otherwise communicated through the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Specra if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute terms, survive termination.
Intellectual property
Specra, including the site, software, branding, and related technology, is owned by Specra and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These terms do not grant you ownership of the Specra service itself.
Disclaimers and liability
Specra is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction for the operator of Specra, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
